Refurbished machines are not new machines. This means a reconditioned or refurbished Dyson will have some cosmetic marks on it commensurate with previous use. Of course, cosmetic marks do not impact the performance in any way and our engineers generally buff out the worst of any scratches in any event, but used casings. Have minor cosmetic marks.
